What we promise, and what we have not verified yet.
Most contractor trust pages are a list of claims with nothing behind them. This one separates what is confirmed from what is still a placeholder, because a page that mixes the two is worth nothing.
Commitments we stand behind today.
Placeholders, shown as placeholders.
These appear in brackets everywhere on the site. They are deliberately impossible to mistake for verified facts, and they stay bracketed until the owner signs off on each one.
Ownership status
[FAMILY / VETERAN-OWNED — CONFIRM BEFORE PUBLISHING]The original brief asked us to publish “family and veteran-owned”. That was not confirmed, so it is not published. Falsely claiming veteran ownership carries real FTC and state deceptive-trade exposure, and it is the kind of claim customers verify.
Service discount
[DISCOUNT % + ELIGIBLE GROUPS — CONFIRM BEFORE PUBLISHING]The brief listed a 10% discount, but named two different sets of eligible groups in two places — first responders, military and veterans in one, teachers in another. The percentage and the eligible list both need confirming before this becomes a public offer.
Licence number
[TX CONTRACTOR LIC # IF APPLICABLE]Texas does not license general remodeling contractors statewide, so this may legitimately not apply. If any trade licence or registration is held, it belongs here.
Reviews and ratings
[GOOGLE REVIEW LINK] · [BBB PROFILE URL]No review count, star rating, or testimonial appears anywhere on this site, because we have none to verify. Invented reviews are the most common form of contractor marketing fraud and the easiest to catch.
Every market figure on this site is sourced.
Population, growth, home values, and housing-stock age all come from the US Census Bureau, with the vintage stated and a link to the original table. Construction pipeline figures are attributed to the named report.
Photography on this site is illustrative of the specifications and finish levels described. It is not a portfolio of completed local projects, and it is labelled as such wherever it appears. Real project photography replaces it as jobs complete.
